Free shipping
All orders from TheSisterCode ship for free. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your country and city.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to high demand, customs processing, weather or carrier delays. These situations are outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates after the email is sent.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution for you.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send you a replacement or a full refund.
