We want you to love your TheSisterCode keychains. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order and we will refund 100% of the product price. No questions asked.

How to request a return
Email us at thesistercode@myyahoo.com with your order number. We will reply within 24–48 hours with the instructions to send the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Condition of the item
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition you received it, with all three keychains included.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your account.
